Problem with entering the game as my latest level

I wanted to re-enter the game and when I tried to write my nickname "ARASHbowman" there was at least 5 of this name with different suffixes!!! and I was just confused which of them is my latest level??? and when I chose one of them that was not my latest level! how can I know which of them is my latest and current level?
