I have made several purchases from the Shop, but have not received an email receipt for any of them. when I try to use the "Report" button, I get a message 'that I need to verify the email account. I have reentered my email several times and I have went to 'settings' and reverified my email there also. Please help. BTW your help on this site for changing password/or email is out of date. the screens look nothing like what is in the account tab now.
