email receipt

I have made several purchases from the Shop, but have not received an email receipt for any of them. when I try to use the "Report" button, I get a message 'that I need to verify the email account. I have reentered my email several times and I have went to 'settings' and reverified my email there also. Please help. BTW your help on this site for changing password/or email is out of date. the screens look nothing like what is in the account tab now.

Hello.

You need to go in your email, and there will be link from Tanki for verifying email, check every folder in your email if it's not in inbox.

If it's not there contact TechSupport using this form, explain that you don't receive the verification email.
