DESCRIPTION OF MY PROBLEM

on 10th August i was playing,a warrant officer 1 wrote on the chatbox that he wants to trade account with someone.I had not known the rule about trading and exchanging account at that time ,so i agreed to trade with him.HE invited me to a battle where there was no one and asked from me that do i want to trade account with him,first i told him that i can not trust him,then he replied "so you dont want to trade", i said "yes, i want to". He then told me that he is trading with me a warrant officer4 account having almost 35000 and 8 m1's. he told me that the account name was gotodeath and told me the password [removed], then he said to me to give my password,but first i checked the account he gave to me,but nothing happened,the account did not opened,so i told him that the password was wrong or the account was inaccurate.he said to me that when he gave me the pass i did not told him mine,so he changed the password of the account instantly.he said to me to first give him my password and the he will give his,so i foolishly gave him the password and then he told me the new password for his "not existing" account ,which was goldbox24.when i checked the account the same happened,it didnt existed.I then saw that on my screen where my account was opened ,there came the "Re-enter the Game"THEN FULL OF REGRET AND ANGER,I opened my brother's tanki account fahadkhanthedevil and (as i was in his friend list) searched for my account and i saw my account Hax07 being used by someone(definitely the hacker) He was playing with my tank(ricochet,hornet,Magma) in the industrial zone map,i told him that who i was and then asked that did he lied to me? and he said gracefully just one thing: "Yup" This was the moment i was about to burst into tears and beat my head with my fists and fall from the' Burj Khalifa' (i was in so grieve because i had progressed in the game so much and i was warrant officer1,all hard work and time wasted)so please help me recover it admins and tanki helpers,please help.

Unfortunately you are of your own demise in this situation. You should have read the rules, and by clicking the confirm button, you legally acknowledged that you had. Since you have shared your account there will be no way to have it returned to you.

Then follow these steps:

1. Go to account login screen.
2. Click "lost nickname or password?".
3. Type the email address to which your account is linked and Enter.
4. A new window will appear, telling you that a link for changing your password was sent to your email box.

5. Go to your email box, find the letter from Tanki Online. There, you will see a link - click on it.

6. You will be loaded to a special page where you can change your password. Type the new password you want and press 'Save'.

7. You will see a new window saying your password was changed successfully.

THIS CAME WHEN I TYPED MY EMAIL,Maybe the thief of my account would have linked my account with another email. :( NOW WHAT DO I DO?

1. What is your nickname?
2. Have you invested real money in the game? If so, please specify the dates and methods of payments (if you used SMS, write your phone number).
3. Are you someone's referral? (referrals are players that joined the game by clicking on a banner or a link). If so then enter the nickname of your referrer (the person who invited you to the game.)
4. Which e-mail address your account was linked to after the registration?
5. Which serious bans / punishment were on your account?
6. The last time you entered the game (date)?
7. Where do you play from (country, region, city)?
Please provide a screenshot containing your external IP address from the page http://whatismyipaddress.com and place it on a free image hosting website such as: http://imageshack.us/
8. What is the last hull purchased on your account?
9. What is the last gun purchased on your account?
10. Which e-mail address should the account be linked to in case of a positive decision on the application?

Please send the answer to those questions to help@tankionline.com. It's an email address so contact TecSupport the way you'd contact anyone with an email address. This is the Help Site, we can answer your questions, but we do not deal with account loss. I saw you posted the answers to those questions here once again; I removed the information you gave about your account.
i dont understand that to who's email i send the information to,i dont no any email adress of any person in the TO field.Please tell me of any one who can help me and is in the TO field
