Advice on what to do from here.

A while back, I sent Tanki Online support an email with the necessary info to reclaim my account. I was sent a password which did not work at all. I decided to use the email I had them associate the account with after the hacking to change the password. I simply got a notification declaring the link "Corrupted." I sent them another email, also explaining what had happened, but they just said that I could use the email verification link which did not work yet again.


I had quit Tanki Online a bit, and now I want my account back. I don't want to send another email with the default info, as I'm afraid that too many attempts will cause the account to be locked, and forever taken out of my reach. What should I do? Ought I send another email, or contact some Moderator who can direct me on a better way to get my account back. If a Helper could directly answer my question, that would be wonderful, and some secondary advice from players who have had the same problem.


Note: I am sending this from a secondary account I had made, just in case of things like this.

Do not worry, the is no limit to the number of messages you can send to TechSupport. You will not get your account blocked because of this.

There is only one way to get your account back -- by sending an email to TechSupport. No moderator can help you return your account because first of all, TechSupport will not tell any information about your account to a third person, no matter they are a moderator or a player.
