will tankionline make an option to sell their hull or turrent and let the player take a test drive of a new tank with out buying it

The developers will never add the "Sell" option to the game, however a new update is planned which will give players the ability to see the paint on the tank before buying it. Only the paint, and you can't test it in battles. You can only see what it will look like on your tank.
