Why isn't the instructions coming into my registered email?

I have clicked on the change password and e-mail button and they said that instructions have been sent to my account. When i checked my account, there's not even a single instruction on my email. Any idea how to change the email or password if the instruction is not sending into my email.

Click "Lost nickname or password?" on the login panel and enter your email address. Tell me if you receive the recovery link, don't forget to check the SPAM folder.

Hi, This is a common problem which even I have experienced. Make sure you check your Junk/Spam folder and your blocked senders list, If the email isn't in one of those try again and if it still doesn't work, email Tanki support. They have sorted this problem before.
