I Live in South America, and i have 120-150 ping, how can i get like 70-100?

I want get lowest ping becose i do mines parkour, but whit high ping, i cant, can help me whit thi problem plz? I know the servers are in europe, but i cant put my english account in the spanish server, or yes?

Well, you just need a better internet connection. Join servers with low number of players to avoid lag issues.
