Does protection modules decrease self-healing for Isidas?

Suppose I have an Isida m2 which has a self healing of 42.94%. Therefore, it would mean that if I shot an enemy for 1 second, I would heal my self up 29.203308. But what if the enemy is wearing Ocelot D-B m0 (which has protection against Isida by 10%)? Does that mean that my self healing will be 26.2829772 or it will stay the same?

Self-healing is a percentage of the damage you deal to the enemy tank. Basically self-healing and damage dealt to enemy tank are both directly proportional to each other. So if the enemy is using a protection against Isida, enemy tank will receive less damage and self-healing will be lesser.
