Haven't received further response from customer support.

Hi tanki. i had an issue with someone who has admitted to me that he had logged into my account, had spent all my crystals on supplies. I had proof and sent you a screenshot on the form u had me fill out, and once i completed the form. I got a message stating they would resolve my problems within a week. it has been 11 days and have not gotten a single response. I just want to know if you will follow through with what the message stated.
