How Pause function works?

Obs_M5_88_Dark_99 2 years ago • updated by SHOAIB.ZAFAR 2 years ago 3

The game has a message that says "Press P for Pause and your tank will be in the game when you come back." This is true, but usually somebody finds my tank during the pause and kills it. I see tanks in about 1/3 of the games that are sitting still and bouncing. If I try to kill a bouncing tank, nothing happens.

Is there a magic key to press to give me a bouncing tank instead of a sitting duck tank?

I have tried P and just pressing the "Garage" button. When you press Garage, the game asks if you want to stay in the battle, and I respond, "Yes." But still my tank gets killed before I can come back.

Hey!

It is normal, when you press "P", your tank won't disappear, but after getting destroyed once, it won't re-spawn until you disable the pause. Same happens when you enter the garage during battle.

If someone loses connection while loading, his/her tank looks like an non-materialize jumping tank.

OK, good explanation! I have some additional questions about scoring and a suggestion.

1) When you press "Delete" (not Pause) and your tank is destroyed, it looks like the game decreases your kills by one *and* increases your deaths by one. Is this correct?

2) If you press pause, or enter the garage, and your tank is destroyed by another player, what does this do to your kills and deaths?

3) After you change equipment, your tank is destroyed by the game. Does this increase your death total? If a player finds your tank and kills it the tank is already destroyed, so does the game add another death on top of that? (Is there any advantage in points to hiding your tank?)

4) The suggestion: I would suggest another change to the title to something like, "How Pause Works," or "Scoring during pause." The current title suggests Pause is malfunctioning, which it isn't.

This is very helpful, as are all your answers. I searched quite a bit for this information and couldn't find it.

1) When you self-destruct (by any means), 5 points from your battle score will be deducted, increase of 1 death and decrease of 1 kill.

2) Same as above.

3) Yes, after self-destructing, 1 death will be added. No, nobody can destroy an already destroyed tank.
