If the above solutions don't work......

I think you had all the settings off, and then you either: cleared your cache, deleted your history, or switched browsers.
Either way, your settings reverted to automatic, and you need to go back and switch them all off again. I had this same exact problem, and it was because my high graphics settings, (which will cause lag on older/lower tech PCs,) were turned on.

I have the same problem a lot of the time. Either my FPS is too low or my PING is too high, or even both. At  some periods, my PING has gotten to 999, and my FPS to 0!
Try disconnecting and then reconnecting your computer's internet first (by unplugging the Ethernet cord or disconnecting from the WiFi, and then reconnecting the plug/reconnecting to the WiFi).
If that doesn't help, reboot/restart your modem (and/or router if you're using WiFi). And as an extra measure, you could try clearing your browsers cache, although I doubt that has anything to do with it.

If none of the above solutions help, try testing your internet's speed at http://www.speedtest.net/. I believe a minimum of 3 MB's per second is recommended for online games. If you have less than that, you may need to consider upgrading your internet connection (contact your ISP to do this).
Okay thanks....I'll try these....but honestly, I have no idea what's going on :/...have there been any updates within the past few days?
Not major ones, at least that I've heard of.
Do what General_abrams said but also
Get  new computer because 15 fps and 150 ping ._. Most people would have 60 fps and 40-70 ping
But also it could be your internet if it is "low quality"
I can't get a new computer :/

Thanks! I did check that, and everything is normal, and I can play normal again.
Your welcome! :) Just make sure that every time you experience a sudden increase in lag, you check those settings to make sure they didn't revert to automatic. ;D

Have a good day!
