What if i upload video on tanki which is recorded by torrent software will i get banned and not get spectator mode
Plese answer the question that what if they would find out that how i record e.g by using torrented softwares

There is no way for Tanki Online to determine if you used a torrent software, as posting on YouTube is a third party extension. Though YouTube themselves may issue you a ban that will prevent you from ever doing anything on YouTube. Proceed with caution.
