Magnum cant move up and down
use to be able to move magnum up and down with z & x keys now it just rotates

Hi! You cannot change Magnum's elevation because of an update (Patch
Update #620) that came into effect with the server restart on 2 UTC,
September 17. You can find more on it here. An announcement on September 16 informed players about it beforehand.
Yet, you can still enjoy adjusting its angle of
elevation by using either of these 3 Augments: 'Reinforced gun
carriage', 'Automated gunpowder loading mechanism', and 'Mortar'.
