Sadly, nope. Tanki Online has discontinued playing on Flash. You may find the reason here (#1/# 2).
To continue playing Tanki, please use the HTML5 browser version or download its client.

Flash is no longer playable, the only way to access that version of that game is to download it on steam. The HTML5 version for the game is recommended since flash support is discontinued.
