M3 protection module at M2 rank
Hi I have an question. Maximum MU level of M2 module is 35%, right? When I was playing, I saw 37% protection module against my turret. His/hers rank was Lieutenant Colonel. Are there any way to get M3 module at his/hers rank?

It might be that the user had the module when he purchased an old kit.
