lag, got kicked out of lobby

I was playing arena cp played for 3 hours, then i got kicked out because of lag, said i was inactive. So i lost all my time and used up xp and got no reward crystals. I need my crystals now. Its not fair i was in battle for such long time then i got kicked out cuz your servers lag and stuff. I NEED SOME CRYSTALS now please

Hello.

Unfortunately it's not possible to get your reward anymore, I would only suggest you not to play so long games so you're sure you wont be kicked at end without any reward.
