crystal refund

Hello, does anyone know if there will be a crystal refund like there was at the rebalance. The new guns should mean we get a refund. If we changed are mind on what we like or we have a new huge weakness. We all have also made mistakes which make it hard to accumulate crystals later on when we need them.
