Will you get the gold box supply through activities held if your rank is lower than Warrant Officer 1?

I finished more than 400 kills last 2 days but this small account's rank is not enough to purchase gold box supplies. Will I still get it?

Unfortunately players who are lower rank than Warrant Officer 1 won't get the gold boxes.
