Not receiving my instructions in email to change my password

I went up to the gear button on my home screen in tanki and then click on " accounts" button. I then typed in the symbols in the picture to verify that am not a robot and then click " change email and passoword"..it told me that the instructions has been sent to me email but I tried several times and I do not see anything in my email..please help
