Hi
I spend most of my time playing this game and I want to help in the development of the game

Applications here. It's in Russian because that's a requirement; to be able to speak fluent Russian.

But I speak fluent English only and does not speak much other, I can explain everything in detail but in English

If you don't speak Russian, you cannot become a tester, but you still can take part in massive testing (when a new update / feature is being tested and the server is open for everybody).
