Can you increase the amount if crystals you can purchase in DaoPay?

1.Could Tanki Online either increase the amount of crystals you can buy via Dao Pay or make it like the Credit Cards. Example: http://prntscr.com/7p13b3

2. Can you bring back Australia in the SMS? Becuase I live in Australia and all I have is a cell with lots of credit. I dont see mobile payments that good... They charge you more money for less crystals.. So please bring Australia back in the countries for SMS.
