DID I PAY FOR IT?
When Im logged in it says that the premium account will expire soon, does it mean that I have bought the premium account? I have not bought anything within the game and have not connected any pay accounts yet. Do I have to pay for something or is it a free trail for a limited time?

If you didn't buy premium and it says your premium period will expire soon, then the most likely explanation is that you received 3 hours of premium period for completing a mission.
